Condo Deals at Miami’s 50 Biscayne

We are very excited that Related Group’s 50 BISCAYNE is ready to open its doors.  Closings start in just a few weeks.

As we are near the completion of this project, we have a handful of sellers who have pushed our CONDO FLIP PANIC BUTTON.  This is our program whereby the seller will sell his or her unit at the ORIGINAL 2003 contract price, and GIVE UP half of his or her deposit.  This amounts to 10% of the contract price.

Here is what this means to potential buyers:

  • A 2003 Price

  • The 6% broker commission and 1% developer transfer fee is paid for by the seller out of his deposit proceeds

  • Seller offers you 3% of the purchase price to be used towards your closing costs.  This should cover your entire closing cost in many cases.

  • The seller gets 50% of his deposit back at closing.  The other 50% is used to pay the above seller expenses.
